Self-Trust Meditation

It is very easy (and understandable) to feel panicked, which is a form of overwhelm. Take one thing (and one day) at a time. Think of this as a steady forward march. Invite the sacred into your every day, even if it's just a matter of noticing the season change. Crocus. Brightness. Birds. And in the face of fear or uncertainty, trust your body. Do your best. Do what you can. Forgive yourself often.
