Restorative Yoga Relaxation Club
 

Being a part of Relaxation Club is a weekly gift for my nervous system! It’s so special to have a moment with the sole intention of relaxing. The shorter time commitment makes it easy for me to stop what I’m doing and hop on the Zoom call, and Katie teaches with intention and acceptance so everyone can have permission to let go, no matter what is happening in their lives.
